1 Thessalonians 5: 12-13
Paul is speaking about those who oversee the church.
Overseers are to have a good stewardship, be a servant and not a ruler, to exhort and care for the church
They are not to cause disorder
We are to pray and care for them due to their work. This is how we will have peace.
