Jonah 1:17 / Verse of the Day & My Devotion
Jonah is a prophecy about the coming exile of Israel. This is because the children of Israel as tol share their God with everyone on the earth. But they didn’t do this and fell away from not only their calling but also their God.
Jesus too will use Jonah as a type of his death and resurrection.
